We've stayed several places in this area over the years and this is by far our favorite. The house is wonderful. The open layout of the ground floor is great for families or entertaining. The house was clean, spacious, and cozy without being cluttered. The location is ideal within Templeton, right next to the park and Main St, a short drive to Trader Joe's, and with close and easy highway access. We will definitely look for this house for our next stay if it's available.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at the Casteel home in Templeton was absolutely wonderful. The house is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, with large rooms and very comfortable beds. It easily accommodated our entire family — my in-laws, my parents, our siblings, and our two little ones (a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old) — without ever feeling crowded. The layout made it perfect for both shared family time and quiet moments to relax. The outdoor space was just as enjoyable, giving everyone room to unwind and for the kids to play. It truly felt more like a private family retreat than a rental. We made unforgettable memories here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Great place! Beautiful view, nice pool and jacuzzi. Huge room for the kids with arcades, TV and lots of room to play. Clean stocked kitchen. Very communicative host. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property with a friendly and responsive host team to answer your every question and offer help. The place is spacious with all amenities for large groups and offers breathtaking vineyard views from the backyard and the pool. We had a slight issue with the plumbing at one of the restrooms but the host was empathetic and offered the best support they could to accommodate our needs. We hosted our friends from out of state and they had the best time enjoying the scenery and peace of the place. Few things to note are that the pool is heated in summer months only and the fire pit outside is small so you can’t sit outside for too long.

This was our third time staying at the house with three other families, and we enjoyed it just as much as ever. The home offers an excellent open layout with plenty of private space for each family. We loved both the interior design and the outdoor area, which features lots of activities to enjoy. Communication was excellent!

House is amazing for a large group. The outside pool and spa area is gorgeous. It was raining the whole time we were there but luckily, the house is has all the fun inside too!! Our family got some great connection time whilst the privacy each couple needed. Beds and linens were top notch!! Location was convenient as well.

Great stay! Really loved the property and how spacious it was, perfect for our large groups were bummed we couldn’t use the pool, we didn’t realize it wouldn’t be heated in November but other than that we loved our stay!

Great place to stay for our daughter’s wedding in Templeton. Close to everything we needed. Everything was with seven minutes of the home! The home was the perfect size and the living area was very spacious and cozy! It was nice to sit in the hot tub in the morning with the crisp air surrounding us too. The host, Kristan, was very responsive! Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place. Great views from the backyard, peaceful and a perfect place to relax. The kids enjoyed the pool and while the adults could relax. Overall, I would recommend the place for families.
