This was our third time staying at the house with three other families, and we enjoyed it just as much as ever. The home offers an excellent open layout with plenty of private space for each family. We loved both the interior design and the outdoor area, which features lots of activities to enjoy. Communication was excellent!

House is amazing for a large group. The outside pool and spa area is gorgeous. It was raining the whole time we were there but luckily, the house is has all the fun inside too!! Our family got some great connection time whilst the privacy each couple needed. Beds and linens were top notch!! Location was convenient as well.

Great stay! Really loved the property and how spacious it was, perfect for our large groups were bummed we couldn’t use the pool, we didn’t realize it wouldn’t be heated in November but other than that we loved our stay!

Great place to stay for our daughter’s wedding in Templeton. Close to everything we needed. Everything was with seven minutes of the home! The home was the perfect size and the living area was very spacious and cozy! It was nice to sit in the hot tub in the morning with the crisp air surrounding us too. The host, Kristan, was very responsive! Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place. Great views from the backyard, peaceful and a perfect place to relax. The kids enjoyed the pool and while the adults could relax. Overall, I would recommend the place for families.

Lavender & Vine was a great stay for our family getaway. House was very comfortable - living area was roomy and comfortable for 6 adults to hang out, kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed, outdoor area (BBQ, firepit, garden) were lovely for hanging out. Location was great - neighborhood felt safe, we could walk to local restaurants, and good central location to explore different areas of the central coast. Host was communicative, answered our questions quickly, was generous with making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was easy. Couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait for our next visit!

Beautiful home with a spacious feel. Great central location with very comfortable accommodations. We were happy cooking our meals and hanging out at the house. Slow drain in the master bathroom shower but that is the only drawback and it was minor. I would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again!

I came here with 8 friends for my bachelorette and the house was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and even nicer than the photos. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be too. Everyone was really happy with it. The pool and yard area was great with a great set up for a pool day with games and a nice outdoor kitchen set up. There are two basically full kitchens which meant we had plenty of fridge space for a weekend full of eating and drinking activities. The host was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting Paso with friends!

Absolutely amazing house and surroundings! Perfect for our group of 11 but plenty of room for 14 or more! Everything was perfectly labeled and clean. Pool, fire pit and backyard were so great!! And the house and decor are adorable!!! Hoping to visit again!!
