Landscaping is currently under renovation with expected completion in June/July 2026. The home is professionally cleaned before every stay. The property includes a security alarm, a decibel monitoring system (which does not record voices), and exterior/garage security cameras. Paso Robles wine country has many visitors, from deers to birds, to insects, to even the occasional horse passing by. Enjoy the ranch and don’t be surprised if you spot elements of the wildlife along the way. To avoid the wildlife, a rental directly in town would be more to your liking. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy and/or tampering with smoke detectors or security devices will result in a fee and liability for any damage. Per country law, no unregistered overnight guests and a maximum of 6 daytime visitors are allowed. San Luis Obispo county has a 24/7 noise ordinance. Music and other noises heard across property lines can result in fines and eviction from the property. In accordance with California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) regulations, we do not offer special discounts outside of those advertised and those offered to pre-defined groups such as past guests.
